Does Masturbation Impact Body Growth?
Hello, doctor l m 19 years old and I been masturbrating since I was 15. And I masturbrate very frequently. My height is 5.7 And I suppose it should be 5.9. So now can I recover or its too late. My height can still increase at least 3 inches if follow some tips. Plz reply

Height is determined by genetic factors and hormonal status.
Height increases due to increase in length of long bones which is controlled by growth plate in metaphysis present at the end of long bones.
Closure of metaphysis occurs at the end of adolescence.
At the age of 19 years, the growth plate closes and thus increase in height stops.
Height depends on genetic factors too.
However, there is no link between height and masturbation.
Masturbation is a mechanical process and it does not affect growth or height of person.
