Does Missed Period At Age Of 45 Indicate Menopause?

I am 45 and my periods have been regular in the last few months and now I am 8 days late but I have been having problems in my marriage . I am more quick to loss my temper. I don't think I am going through menopause I pray. I know I am not pregnant as i Had my tubes tied. I am not ready for menopause.

Hi,

This can be premenopausal syndrome. You need to drink lot of water, eat green leafy vegetables and fruits and 30 min sunlight. Take Pyridoxine supplement. In late forties, there are chances that your periods will be delayed up to 3 months and then you have heavy bleeding.
