Does Morning After Pills Affect The Regular Menstrual Cycle?

Hi,I am Laura. I had my last period June 30th and it ended July 4th. I had sex with my partner on the 18th July next day I took the morning after pill.On Thursday last week my period came and now its near the end.I would like to know if my period will come next week again because of me taking the pill?
