Does Multiload Lead To Lighter Menses And Infertility?

i M 33 year old, having daughter of 2 and a half year old. i had an abortion after 10 months of her birth. after that i applied multiload. after a year i removed multiload in last december , before removing the multiload my periods becomes scanty and still they are scanty and very light. it comes only for two days. since March 2014 m trying to conceive for another baby but unable to conceive. i dont have thyroid. why this is happening to me?? is this all because of side effects of multiload or a sign of infertility?? Please Suggest.

Hi,

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty that you have reported. Did you ever get normal menses after the abortion? If this is not the case, then I am of the thinking that the abortion procedure might have taken off more uterine lining than normal. In this light, I will suggest that you follow up with a doctor to get an ultrasound that would look at the lining of the uterus and other organs and tell what the problem is. This would help make right diagnosis and treat accordingly.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
