i am having sex frm last 8 yrs with my boyfrd.now my vegina is very loose and i an going to get merrig next month.pls suggest me somthing to get my vegina tight again.does my husband get to know that i am not a virgin.pls pls help me. no medical history.jst suffring from constipatoin from last ten years.and taking teblets for it daily............. pls help me.

As per your problem with your vaginal muscles looseness.

First of all avoid sex till your marriage and also keep exercise like aerobics.

Use Ashwagandha oil ( Ayurveda Medicine) with a tempon and keep it in it daily 1 or two hours.
