Does My Mother Require Hospitalisation?

My Mom, five weeks ago, was on Doxycline Hyclate. Monday June 21 put on Ciprofloxacine. Needs to phone Lung Doctor Wednesday to tell him how she feels. He mentioned possibility of going to Hospital, Age 91, has a neblizer four times a day at home, takes afternoon naps. YYYY@YYYY

She has a Hyhen herna. ( stomach chest ).

hiatal hernia, Old age, lungs infections and bad chests, antibiotics and management all needs to clinically correlated to sort out whether your mother needs a hospitalization of out patient care would help.Needs pulmonary functions assessments and if infection or pneumonia is found then i would suggest an inpatient care with admission in good pulmonary facility.
