Does My X-ray Result Suggest Possibility Of Cancer?

I have my X-ray result my suspicious nodular and hazed densities seen in the right upper lung field my heart is not enlarged and diaphragm and sulci are intact other visualized structures are unremarkable.impresdion is to suggest apicolordotic view for further evaluation..need that answer if that canser because sometimes is hard for me to breathing:(

Your report suggests suspicious nodular and hazed densities seen in the right upper lung field.It may be due to active infection.
It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.
Apico-lordotic view should be taken to properly visualize apical areas because apical areas are covered by many bony structures like clavicle,ribs.

It is too early to comment upon possibility of cancer.You need clinical correlation and further investigations.

It is important to rule out infective etiology.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.
Apico-lordotic view should be taken to properly visualize apical areas because apical areas are covered by many bony structures like clavicle,ribs.

It is important to rule out infective etiology.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.You may require antibiotics.It is not possible to comment upon possibility of cancer from this report.

Rest of the findings are normal.
