Does Norethisterone Cause Mood Swings And Sensitivity?

Hi, I was taking norethisterone on holiday for 2 1/2 weeks to delay a heavy period. Since coming off the tablets I have become incredible moody and sensitive (I'm currently on my period) I'm blaming the kids and husband, but I'm wondering if it's actually coming off the tablets?
