Does Omnicef Cause Abdominal Pain?

I am 14 years old and im currently taking omnicef and i was experiencing diarrhea but my stool is now solid after taking a latnex or something like that. I am still having abdomianl pain all over the abdomen and a little in my sides. Is it the omnicef or anything else.

Hi.
Omnicef is not known to cause such pains.
This may be due to inflammation of the intestines and gastroenteritis. Continue Omnicef and ad on other medicines for pain and probiotics.
If there is no relief, please re-visit the Doctor and get investigated by blood, urine and stool tests, ultrasonography.
