General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your discomfort is probably due to your weight. Osteoarthritis and muscle and tendon flare-ups can be caused by excess weight, as can a condition known as plantar fasciitis, which causes pain in the soles of the feet. Once you lose a little weight you will feel better.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
