Does Pain In Face, Hear And Ear Along With Soreness Be The Symptoms Of Trigeminal Neuralgia?

I have severe pain in my face, head and ear. It is sore to the touch and feels like a skewer is being inserted into my head. It comes in spasms and is extremely painful. I cannot touch my hair or face without pain. I take Lamictal, Seroquel, eltroxin and akineton (for spasms caused by my other meds especially Seroquel. Is it trigeminal neuralgia? If so should I be worried?g
