Hello, I have studied your case and I think that you are having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is pinch nerve in the neck and that causes pain in whole shoulder and hand. I do not think that any massage is going to give you any relief. I would you recommend you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon and get your MRI of the cervical spine. I have following suggestions for you. 1. Neck muscle strengthening exercises. 2. Intermittent cervical traction exercises. 3. Tablet Pregabalin and Meyhylcobal daily 4. Avoid sudden jerking, weight lifting . I hope these steps will help you in managing this condition. If there is any other question, feel free to ask that. thanks.
