Does Pain With Uterus Internal Bleeding During Pregnancy Require Medical Attention?

hi, am two months pregnant, and am having sharp pains in my pelvic area, and I feel weak and I am dizzy no appetite and I get winded. I am really concerned about my baby, I did have a sonogram and the doctor saw some internal bleeding near the uterus. help! I need to know if I should go to a ER or rest it out!!

at 8 weeks pregnancy , this could be subchorionic bleed. if the foetal heart beat is present , then to avoid any chances of abortion, you must start tab microgest 200mg daily till 14th week of gestation and have bed rest for atleast 3 days. followed by an ultrasound to review the position.
ideally you should not have any bleeding per vaginum, which would indicate abortion.
