Does Painful Rectum After Having Orgasm Indicate Internal Hemorrhoid?

My rectum is extremely painful immediately after having an orgasm. I have never had anal sex and have no stds. I thought I may have an internal hemmorhoid. could this cause this? The pain actually radiates quite far up. I am really too embarassed to speak with my doctor about this. I am almost 53 and female.

Painful rectum after orgasm does not indicate internal hemorrhoid, rather anal spasm from variety of issues work here to cause it.
