Does Pelvic Infection Cause Sudden, Intense Pain In Lower Abdominal Area With Nausea And Tenderness ?

Hi. last night i had sudden ,Intense pain in lower abdominal area and rest of stomoch. nausea too. thought I d eaten something bad.had to take codiene just to relieve enough to sleep. But wondering this morning about pelvic infection as still very tender and to pass wind hurts lower muscles?

Yes, the pelvic infection may cause pain in the lower abdomen and lower back.

So you have to take antibiotics along with painkillers medication.
