Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotic for 10-12 days. This will resolve this. I don’t think there is any need for surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
