Does Polyp In Uterus Cause Weight Gain And Cancer?

I was told I have a polyp in my uterus... I exercise everyday and was in good should past month I have put on 10 lbs I'm bloated can't go to the bathroom even increasing fibre and laxatives from dr had blood work came back good then told I have a polyp in my uterus would this cause the weight gain and not being able to go to bathroom should I be worried is it signs of cancer?

Polos in uterus can be related to cancer, so there is regular requirements of ultrasound with endometrial thickness.
