Does Popping Of Ears Cause Nausea And Balance Issues?

had a loup "pop" sound in my right ear 2 days ago and since yesterday I've been feeling unbalanced and nauseous. I am hearing impaired - wear 2 hearing aids and am used to the ringing in both ears, but this is the worst case of a "pop" and 2 days of being unbalanced....what could be wrong and what type of Dr. should I see?
