Does Positive Leucocyte Esterase In Urine Test Cause Itching In Vagina?

i have been feeling ithchi in my vagina since 1 week..i went to doctor and ,i have done my urine test..and result are as follows...leucocyte esterase-poitive rbc - 2-3 rbc/hpf puss cell - 20-40wbc/hpf is there any serious thing???pls reply i am so nervous
