Does Premarin Usage Lead To Weight Gain?

I am about to start to take Premarin after a total hysterectomy. I am having hot flashes and am getting no sleep 6 weeks post op. I am concerned about weight gain. What are the odds that I will gain weight and what is the average weight gain using Premarin. Also, how fast would weight gain happen if it does?

Premarin may cause mild weight gain, however not significant. Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to maintain your weight.
