Does Prolonged Intake Of Dytor Cause Kidney Dysfunction?

Hi I ve been advised to take a diuretic DYTOR +10 which is a combination ofTorsimideIP andSpironolactone 10mg once every 2 days to reduce water retention, I do not have a heart condition, or hypertention. Will this affect my kidneys in the long run. I am obese, though every time I take the tablet and diet I reduce by 1 kg. Thanks for answering
