Dear sir i having cold(allergies ) problem only in bangalore when i visit to my native there is no cold i concern with ent specialist also they are telling if you want relief then you can leave bangalore thats it ... so my friend preffered to take monticup tab(leocitrizin and montalikast) weekly 3 times m taking it will couse any effect by taking this tab continuously

You can consider allergy testing to see if there is a specific allergen that you are reacting towards.
If it can be identified then you can try to reduce your exposure and therefore your symptoms.

Allergy testing can be in the form of skin tests or skin prick testing.

If this is not an option then you would need to use allergy meds such as those mentioned, consistently to reduce your symptoms.
