Does Pus Cells 10-12/hpf, Squamous Epithelial Cell 22-25/hpf Mean UTI?

Hello, I am 36+ weeks pregnant. Few days back I have faced UTI and had Amoxycillin 500mg 3 times a day for 7 days as suggested by my doctor and now again I have tested my urine (both routine and culture). Report on culture is OK but as per routine report Pus cells is 10-12/hpf and Squamous Epithelial cell is 22-25/hpf. Does it mean that still I am facing UTI? Do I need to have antibiotic for few more days? Thanks,

UTI takes times to cure. Recommended treatment lasts for two to three weeks ,if u find improvement then u can continue for one more week and then get urine tests to repeat again ,but since u r pregnant at least consult ur obstetrician before continuing it
