Does Radiation Cause Low Libido?

i am a radiology technician and feeling low libido these days .is it radiation that is causing problem.? Though i operate machine from console which is seperated from machine by a 18 inches thick wall and has a lead glass window to view safely into gantry room.

Hello
If genitals are exposed to radiation, secretion of sex hormones is impaired .In males lower level of testosterone may reduce libido. But in your case, your protection should be good enough not to allow this to happen. Screen for Depression and serum testosterone & prolactin level at 8.30AM
