Hello and welcome to Health Care Magic Forum
There are lot of available options of treating fibroids depending on where they are located and the size. Recurring fibroids not always necessitate a hystrectomy. As you ar getting married and wanting to have a family hystrectomy is definitely not adviced. As you mentioned that your uterus is 3 times it size there is also a possibility that there may be one large fibroid which may be outside the uterus. Fibroids inside the uterus may sometimes interfere with pregnancy. So do an ultrasound and discuss with your GYN regarding conservative treatments for fibroid.
Good Luck!
