I can understand your deep concern for herpes on genital area. To tell you medically about herpes - this manifest itself as small vesicles (fluid filled blisters). These vesicles remain for just a day or two and then form ulcers. These ulcers are very painful to begin with. These ulcers then heal in next 5-7 days.
To begin with also these vesicles are quite painful and itchy with uneasiness. Once the vesicles burst in a day or two then the ulcers are quite painful for next 4-5 days. So the symptoms can never go unnoticed.
Just see if your symptoms match with aobve. To confirm the things on best of side I recommend you to go for a blood test with Serum IgM and IgG for herpes 1 and 2. It will confirm the exact status of the herpes illness.
My good wishes for your healthy life.
