Does Regestrone Effect On Periods?

Hello doctor,

I took regestrone last month for 2 days and got my period 3 days later i stopped taking them. But this month my period is 3 days delayed.
Is this the effect of regestrone or am i pregnant?
Right now we did not plan for baby.
Please help

I think that this may be the effect of Regesterone but I would also suggest you to have a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy after one week.
