Does Severe Facial And Chest Bruise After A Fall Need Medical Attention?

Hi, I literally fell flat on my face last week, my head bounced and my nose hit the pavement/sidewalk. I have had two black eyes and bruised right cheek. I have a terrible pain in my right breast so hurts really bad if I cough, or get up from a chair or sit in a chair or take a deep breath. I am a 55 year old female. I did go to the hospital to be checked out.

Hi thanks for using HCM,
As per your complaints, it could be Subarachnoid or subdural haemorrhage .
first ruled out any hemorrhagic by taking
MRI scan of Skull,
History during trauma ,
clinical findings at traumatic area
together to give correct impression.
