Does Severe Indigestion Cause Chest Pain Radiating To The Arm And Neck?

I have had chest pain that is going into my left arm and neck. I also have been having sever indigestion. I have been taking dexilant, Zantac and tums. The pain is still there it has been here for example days. I do not feel like it is my heart, but I don t want to be stupid if it is. It has gone away for short periods.

Hello,

It can be a gastritis related pain.

As a first line management you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible cardiac causes also.
