Does Skipping Regular Gym Cause Joint Pain And Wrinkles On Skin?

i just started going gym i go there daily . but due to lack of time i cant be regular will it cause n disadvantage to me? i heard people suffer probelms of bone like joints pain and wrinkles on skin at older age if we leave gym. is that true we get older soon???//

I had gone through your case and i will suggest you that if you dont have the time for gym then do the exercise at home .Yes it is true that if were doing the cardio and brisk exercise there then it can effect your joint and skin but if you were doing normal gym then do not be worried.Do the exercise at your place.Hope you are satisfied with my answer.
