Does Sneezing And Coughing Affect The Rhinoplasty Results?

Hi, I am 2 weeks post-rhinoplasty and just developed a cold (possibly flu as I have flu like symptoms). Will this affect my rhinoplasty results given that I am sneezing and coughing a lot (through the mouth of course), which will place some pressure on the nose, particularly where my nose was built up
