Does Spotting After Miscarriage Indicate Infection?

Hey I had my miscarriage on Nov 12th . after that had bleeding for 7 days after that i had spotting next it stopped. Now from past 5 days onward am getting spotting today it is bit high. Weather i got my period or its any infection.
