i am 26yrs old boy and i have just 160cm height.2 days before i heard an advertisement about step up growth formula.i want to know more about this is there any sideeffects when consuming it and also is this wil increase my height or not?please reply me a suitable answer

As you describe, you are of 26 years of age, and you want to gain more weight. You have heard about the height improvement medicine, but we can't comment over the product.
To be frank, you have no scope of improving the height.
If you want that you want confirmation, you can consult an orthopedic surgeon ,to have an X ray of the long bones, and if they are active, for growth, you can have growth by treatment.
