Does Stomach Pain And Hotness Indicate Sign Of Constipation?

my stomach really hurts and like i was really hot like 2 hours ago and now im freezing and i think im constipated and the stomach cramps go away and come back worse and worse every time and i dont know what it is because i was feeling perfectly fine yesterday

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-For stomach pain, you can use acetaminophen.
-For constipation, some advice is to stay hydrated, take stool softeners, eat fibers, or take fiber supplements.
