Does Suspicious Lung Infiltrate In A Chest X-ray Report Indicate Tuberculosis?

Hi.. My husband had his x ray this morning, the result is stated below. Does it mean he has tubercolosis? Is it contagious? Please help me to understand this.. Thank you IMPRESSION:Interstitial pneumonia is noted in the right lower lung. Suspicious right upper lung infiltrates. Suggest apico-lordotic view

The x ray report does not state or indicate the presence of TB but it does indicate that he has an infection in the lungs.

Repeat x rays or other imaging are suggested to get further insight and he will need a course of antibiotics to treat the infection.
