Does Switching To Loryna From Gianvi Cause Weight Gain And Breast Tenderness?

Gianvi vs. Loryna.
I have been on Gianvi for about 3 years for PMDD. I take it continuously to avoid symptoms of PMDD. My pharmacy has stopped carrying Gianvi and switched me to Loryna about 3 months ago. Since then I've noticed that I'm very tired and my clinical depressive symptoms seem to be exacerbated. I've also noticed fairly rapid weight gain to the point where pants that fit me a month ago no longer fit. I have not made any changes to my eating or exercise habits. While on Gianvi my PMDD was well controlled and my depressive sx were much more manageable. I didn't have any weight gain (except slow mild weight gain in the last few months of taking it but that can be attributed to my very hectic schedule which has abated since December). I had more break through bleeding with Gianvi. On Loryna I have constant breast tenderness and much less breakthrough bleeding. I know the dosages are technically the same but is it possible that my new set of symptoms are due to the change. P.S. I'm not pregnant - checked that to be sure.
