Does Taking Allopurinol And Colchicine Together Cause Fatigue And Pain?

I have just started allupurinol and colchicine as I have MS and Mixed connective it’s disease. My Uric acid is normal or below but I have gout and rheumatoid. I am very fatigued and in pain and am wonder if the two new drug as are impacting me or is it simply MS.
