Does Taking Prozac Birth Control And Medicine For UTI Causes Painful Bowel Movement With Blood?

I am an 18 year old female, and the last two days I have had very painful bowel movements, as if my skin is ripping open.. I've had to go after every meal. I feel a little nauseated and sometimes there is pain in my side. And there is quite a bit of blood. I am very worried.
Also, I take Prozac, I'm on birth control, and I'm also taking medicine for a UTI.

Due to ingestion of PROZAC you can experience sever diarrhoea if you have started taking this medicine recently.This is a common side effect of taking PROZAC.These side effect will disappear soon try to take plenty of fluids and eat light food.If your symptoms are not improving then consult your prescribing physician regarding the problem.Do not worry ,you will be fine soon.
