Does Taking Synthroid, Liothyronine And Gabapentin Together Cause Behavioral Changes?

.My wife is currently taking a lot of medications. Lately her behavior has become very secluded & very confrontational. Here is the list: synthroid, liothyronine, trazaodone, gabapentin, tramadol, alprazolam & progesterone. Are any of the dangerous or could cause my wife s behaviour when taken together?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

She is on many drugs but Trazadone, Gabapentin, alprazolam may cause drowsiness and disorientation. Progesterone may cause depression, irritability and mood swings. Please consult your treating doctor to change dose or check other possibilities of behavior problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
