Does Taking 'omeprazole' Regularly For H.pylori Cause Adaptation To It?

hi dear doctor

I`m sufferibg from H Pylory since 2002 and i have used the dosage of antibiotic repeatedly , now i `m taking regularly Omeprazole and some time Zantac 300 .

my Query is i want to know the taking of the above mentioned causes adaptation or not if the answer is yes , what is solution .
