Does Taking This Dosage Of Progynova Increase The Endometrial Thickness?

I m undergoing few this cycle. Doc has given progenova 2mg for a week and done San on 10day of my cycle. My endo thickness was 5.2mm.She has Increased the dose to 4tablets a day and asked me to check on endow thickness on day 15.will it be possible to get endo thickness to 8mm by day 15. Please advice me.. As she will do et only if endo is above 8
