Does Teething Cause Prolonged Cough In Infant?

my 6 mths baby is having bad cough since 2 months now. his ped gave him ventolin but the cough continues. he took also cough expectorant for baby but still the same. now the cough is heavier and there is plenty mucus that is not coming out. now his ped tell me to give him solupred syrup. what shall i do? his been taking plenty medication this pass 2 months. by the way he is teething does it have anything with it?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is long myth that teething cause some problem in children but this is not true during the time of teething if the child is having some problem then this could be due to other reason but not due to teething hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
