Does The Cortisone Injections Affect The Person Who Is Diabetic?
After going to numerous Dermatoligists I was diagnosed with everything from ring worm to "I don't know", finally one doc did a biopsy for GA and it came back positive. He wanted to give me cortizone injections but being a diabetic I declined them. I have been given 7 different creams and nothing is working, I'm considering the injections now, but I don't know for sure
It started on the left side of my neck, has now gone to the right side of my neck, and just two weeks ago completely covered my right arm.
Dear sir i understand your concern. cortisone injection is not that bad.in fact they are life saving drugs in many conditions.my suggestion is to meet your diabetologist and ask him to prescribe insulin for you.when you are taking steroids your sugars will fluctuates more so insulin can control this condition better than tablets ....regards
