Does The Yellow Fever Vaccination Cover Dengue Fever??

Preface: I was in southern Thailand last week. We both suffered many mosquito bites one evening (we were sitting next to one another all evening) My significant other contracted Dengue Fever, but I didn't (actually, we are in the hospital right now). However, I was vaccinated for Yellow Fever 3 months prior to coming to Thailand. Question: Does the Yellow Fever vaccination cover Dengue Fever, or was I just lucky that I wasn't bit by the mosquito that was carrying the virus?

I do not think so, you are just lucky to escape the Dengue. Yellow fever does not cover the Dengue.
