Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate A Risk In Getting Pregnant?

My wife has an anteverted uterus of size (10.10cm×4.60cm×5.35cm) with a hypoechoic focal lesion (3.10cm×2.60cm×2.90cm) in posterior part. Kidneys, UR bladder and ovaries are normal in every aspect. She has abnormal bleeding and pain during periods. What are the dangers in this situation ? Will it be risky for her to be pregnant ? Are there chances of cancer ? Please help me.

Hi,

Your wife having painful menstruation that is called dysmenorrhea. Your ultrasonography report showing lesion in posterior part. So it could be fibroid like lesion. Kindly upload your report to check it.

For your problem mefenemic acid tablet can be helpful. You should consult a gynaecologist for pelvic examination and management accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
