Does The Frequent Urge To Urinate, Fatigue And Hot Flashes Indicate An Urinary Infection?

hello, i have a question that alot of people haven't been able to awnser. latly ive had that feeling were i need to pee a lot but yet i don't really need to pee. i'm always sleepy, and i get toughs waves were i feel really hot and then i get sick. idk if it could maybe be a bladder infection or something else. and i don't think im pregnant,ive been trying to but nothing so far

Hi,

As per query it seems to urinary tract infection (UTI). This is more common in females.
if i were your treating doctor i would have prescribed you a course of antibiotic with NSIADs and urine alkalizer after urine culture and sensitivity test and some blood tests.

I will advise you to drink plenty of water daily.
