Does The Head Injury Need Medical Attention?

hi, i was on my boyfriends shoulders and i fell off and hit my head on the floor of the pool at about three feet depth, it hurt when it happened and it felt like a hard whack, now its more of a dull pain, what should i do? this happened less then an hour ago.

If you have nausea vomiting severe headache seizures or any other neurological symptom then you should see a doctor otherwise take acetaminophen over the counter for pain relief.
