Does The Over Dosage Of Paracetamols And Sleeping Pills Affect The Fertility?

Hi Doctor. 6-7 years ago I was at a very low point in my life and i overdosed on a mix of paracetamols and sleeping pills. I woke up hallucinating and later went to A&E. They did no tests but told me I was wrong to do that. I am so lucky to survive and regret doing that everyday. Now... happy with my life and happily married, my husband and I are trying to conceive. We have had no luck for 6 months. Could you please tell me if my previous overdose has and could have effected my ability to ovulate, or in anyway reduce my fertility? Please help. Thank you
