Does The Paracetamol Has Any Side Effects In A 1 Year Old?

My daughter is 1 year and 6 months old, she is suffering with cold and cough ,can i give her Sumo Cold syrup 3 ml twice a day...the reason for this question is she doesn t have any fever even then can i give her Sumo Cold as it contains paracetamol which will have side effects it given more ..Please some one solve my doubt

Hi, welcome to HCM.
If there is no fever, then there is no need to give paracetamol.
For cold, you should give a cough syrup which has no paracetamol like chericof.
