hi doc,im 20 years old female i got a urine examination and ive got a result

transparency: clear
Reaction: 7.0
Specific gravity: 1.000
my pus cells 10-15 Hpf ... may i know if my pus cells indicates that i have a UTI??pls help me..thnx
